January 18 Mailing

The January 18 electronic mailing to all tour participants includes several important documents that need your immediate attention:

1. Cover letter explaining the attached documents, the time line for returning completed documents, and directions for their return (different pieces of information are due on different days, and returned to different people).
2. Personal Information Card to be sent to Germany (you will need to print this out at home).
3. Passport Photocopy form (you will need to print this out at home).
4. Rehearsal schedule for the Honors Band. Please mark these required rehearsals in your family calendar now. There may be no absences from these rehearsals, which will be held the week prior to departure.
